Fullscreen permission prompt

On click, the page enters fullscreen and immediately requests the selected permission. Use this to check how the browser handles a permission prompt triggered while a document owns the fullscreen surface — e.g. whether it forces an exit from fullscreen first, or whether the prompt is clearly attributed to the page.
